Welcome, friend! However you found me, I am pleased to have you here.

My name is Alaina, middle name Ann, and as you probably know my days are spent exploring public lands, with a camera hand. Oregon is home base six months out of the year, and the other six months I live all over the United States, in my purple van named Dandy. There’s no denying my favorite days are spent with a camera in tow and hiking shoes on my feet.

Exploring public lands began over fifteen years ago, with Theodore Roosevelt National Park in North Dakota. A fitting start, if you ask me. I quickly fell in love with photographing diverse and beautiful landscapes, ultimately leading to the creation of Alaina Ann Photography.

Each day is a beautiful gift, and I absolutely love having the opportunity to share the goodness of our lands with you, one capture at a time.
