Shipping and Handling

Shipping and handling is free of charge for all orders being sent within the United States. Please allow up to two weeks from the order date for your items to be shipped. Each order is placed promptly after being received and then shipped to Alaina Ann Photography for quality inspection before being shipped to the client. Generally 10 days is the quickest turnaround time for orders. All orders are mailed using USPS Priority Mail. Please be certain to confirm the correct address is sent through PayPal while processing your order.

At this time, the online store does not allow for international orders. Please use the contact form to initiate your order if you wish to have the items shipped outside the United States.

Payments

All online order payments go through PayPal. If you wish to pay by check, please use the contact form to initiate your order. Alaina Ann Photography requires payment before processing orders.

Refunds

At this time, all orders are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for other items. Extra care is taken with each order, inspecting the final product for accuracy and quality, before final shipment to the client. If your order arrives damaged, please email alaina@alainaannphotography.com within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate the replacement process for the damaged item(s).

Color and Brightness

Please keep in mind that each monitor and electronic device display screen shows colors differently. Colors and brightness may vary slightly on the product you receive.
